 MUSIC FORMATS
Music For Ministry products are available in two different
formats:
Data CD (MIDI)
This medium allows you to make your songlist, copy the hymns you have
chosen to a 3.5 floppy disk. Then play the 3.5 disk through your
computer or a piano that has 3.5 capabilities.
There are several fine companies that offer equipment to play MIDI
products. Please contact us if you need any further information about
these.
Audio CD (Compact Disc)
Hymn Piano Accompaniments are also available in audio CD format. These
CD's are just like an ordinary CD and will play in any CD player or
CD-ROM. You can use a CD player hooked through your church sound
system or just a simple, portable CD player. Having a pianist
couldn’t be easier!
SOUNDTRACKS
Music For Ministry also offers customized soundtracks for
soloists. Please contact us for further information on these.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Each audio CD has between 20 and 35
hymns or choruses. Your data CD order can be placed on one single CD.
Songs are recorded with introductions and are easy to lead with and
to “feel” the flow of the song. Each song contains four verses
unless the song has only two or three and then only those are
recorded. Each verse is recorded separately making the flow of the
song natural and easy to lead with. Sharon’s evangelistic style aids
in moving from verse to verse. Don’t want to sing all the verses
recorded? A natural pause at the end of each verse makes it a perfect
place to stop your machine.
Tempos are set to standard evangelistic hymnstyle. If you would
like the hymn faster or slower - simply adjust your machine. Of
course, this is not an option with the audio CD format.
With these products, there are never any “extra” instruments to
“take out” these are purely “piano only” accompaniments.
